The Vashon Island Rowing Club (VIRC) Youth Team recently delivered stellar performances at the 2024 Northwest Rowing Championships, braving unpredictable weather conditions to achieve remarkable results. With 14 lineups advancing to A finals, seven to B finals, and three to C finals, the team's dedication and spirit were on full display. Highlights included a thrilling photo finish in the women’s Youth 2x B final, resulting in a tie for first place.
