Program Overview

Fall Season is dedicated to providing our athletes with a competitive and fun long-distance racing experience.  We train 5-6 days a week, with several local racing opportunities throughout the season. Fall Season is head race season and the team focuses on growing as rowers and teammates while building their rowing skills in preparation for Winter and Spring.

Novice rowers will begin the season by training separately from experienced rowers but will have opportunities to row up in mixed squad lineups as they progress.

Youth interested in coxing should reach out to Delany Steele at director@vashoncrew.com.

Brand new rowers (youth in middle or high school ages 13-19 with no rowing experience) are welcome to sign up before October 1, 2024.

Our goal for all rowers, new and experienced, is to grow as rowers, as teammates, and as people.

Fall Season is head race season – longer courses, lots of teaming, and lots of fun.

Coaching Staff:

  • Head Coach is Ben Steele

  • Assistant Coach: Aidan Teachout

  • Novice Coach: Delany Steele

    The registration fee includes:
