Classes are held at the Indoor Training Center at Sunrise Ridge on Tuesdays and at Jensen Point Boathouse on Thursdays and Saturdays.
$450/person. Includes 23 coached sessions, key code access to the indoor training center at Sunrise Ridge, pro-rated Vashon Rowing Club annual membership, and access to rowing programs through September 2020.
All participants must complete the following prerequisites.
Float Test: This in-the-water task requires you, under the supervision of a certified lifeguard, to tread water in clothing for 10 minutes and don a personal flotation device in the water. You may do this at most Island pools. Print the Float Test Form and have a certified lifeguard complete the form. You will give the signed form to the instructor at the first class.
