Off-water time will be spent at our new Indoor Training Center (ITC) at Sunrise Ridge. Our goal for all rowers, new and experienced, is to have fun, get fit, and make friends while increasing their rowing proficiency. Beginning rowers will receive a well-rounded introduction to this great sport.
