Off water time will be at our new Indoor Training Center (ITC) on Sunrise Ridge. Our goal for all rowers new and experienced is to have fun, get fit and make friends while increasing their proficiency in the sport of rowing. Beginning rowers will receive a well-rounded introduction to this great sport.
